Yes. Once you reach out and are approved, you can be added to our waiting list for a current or upcoming litter. The order of the waiting list helps determine the order in which families choose their puppies.
Families typically choose their puppy around 3 to 4 weeks of age. Puppy picks are made in waiting list order. We can do this in person by appointment, by FaceTime, or through photos and videos if needed.
Once your paperwork is complete and your deposit has been received, your spot is officially reserved.
Yes. We require a $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. That deposit goes toward the total purchase price.

Your puppy will go home with a packet that includes things like health records, food information, a blanket with mom’s scent, and a small bag of current food.

We will hold a reserved puppy at no charge for 3 days after their go-home date. After that, a boarding fee may apply. If pickup is delayed too long without communication, we may move on to another home.
In some cases, yes. We may allow scheduled visits for available puppies before they are ready to go home, depending on timing and what is best for the litter.
If at any point you can no longer keep your dog, you must contact us first. We never want one of our dogs ending up in a shelter or rescue, and we want to help make sure they are placed in a safe, appropriate home.
Please contact us right away if there is a serious issue. We handle situations individually, but buyers should understand that reserving and purchasing a puppy is a serious commitment.
In general, deposits are non-refundable and puppy sales are considered final. If a dog is returned to us later, that does not mean a refund will be given.
Once a puppy leaves our care, the new owner is responsible for supervision, routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and keeping the puppy safe in its new environment.
