At Redline Goldens, we care deeply about every puppy we place and want each one to have a safe, loving, lifelong home.
Because bringing home a puppy is a major commitment, we ask all buyers to review our policies carefully before placing a deposit or taking a puppy home.
Returns
If for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy, you must contact Redline Goldens immediately. We require that we be given the first opportunity to discuss return or rehoming options before the dog is placed anywhere else. Our puppies may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or similar organization.
3-Day Return Period
If a buyer is unhappy with their new puppy, the puppy may be returned within 3 days of pickup for a replacement puppy of equal value, when available.
Before any puppy can be returned, the buyer must provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian confirming that the puppy has been examined and cleared for return. This requirement helps protect the health and safety of our other dogs and puppies.
Return Costs
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning a puppy, including transportation and veterinary examination costs.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, we do not offer cash refunds for returned puppies. Approved returns within the policy window are eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value, when available.
Veterinary Costs
Once a puppy has left our care, Redline Goldens is not responsible for veterinary bills, medical expenses, injury-related costs, or other associated expenses, except as may be specifically outlined in a signed purchase agreement.
Final Authority
All returns, replacements, and related decisions are subject to the terms of the buyer’s signed puppy purchase agreement. In the event of any difference between this website policy and the signed contract, the signed contract controls.
